Pope Bend-a-Dick XVI says “Tie a Knot in It or Else!”

The Pope has been under attack for obstructing justice in the case of protecting an American priest who abused children under his care. Several have called for the Pope's arrest as a crime against humanity. The Pope in a face saving gesture apologized for the suffering the victims had to endue, but offered nothing by way of recompense to the victims or prosecution of the offenders. He the deflected criticism away from himself, the Vatican/Catholic Church and guilty priests by announcing that homosexuality leads to pederasty. This is libel that kills and the Catholic Church among many others are on a vendetta to kill gay people en-masse. They have just gotten “Holy sanction” from the former Hitler youth member to go out and persecute the gay people of the world.

Pope Benedict XVI aka Cardinal Ratzinger apparently wants to re-ignite the glory days of Auschwitz and Dachau under the Hitler murder machine. He would like to bury his own history and the long arm of the Catholic authority is working feverishly to censor us from learning the truth. Instead, they are poisoning our minds against each other in a “holy purge” to rid ourselves of the “untermenchen” he has finger pointed. People who are of any sexual orientation other than that sanctioned in Catholic approved heterosexual marriage for procreation are to just “tie a knot in it” and pretend it does not exist. We turn our attention to a little of Pope Benedict XVI's history.

"Following his 14th birthday in 1941, Ratzinger was conscripted into the Hitler Youth as

membership was required by law for all 14-year old German boys after December 1939, but was an

unenthusiastic member who refused to attend meetings. His father was a bitter enemy of Nazism,

believing it conflicted with the Catholic faith. In 1941, one of Ratzinger's cousins, a 14-year-old

boy with Down syndrome, was taken away by the Nazi regime and killed during the Aktion T4 campaign of Nazi eugenics. In 1943, while still in seminary, he was drafted into the German anti-aircraft corps as Luftwaffenhelfer. Ratzinger then trained in the German infantry, but a subsequent

illness precluded him from the usual rigours of military duty. As the Allied front drew closer to

his post in 1945, he deserted back to his family's home in Traunstein after his unit had ceased to

exist, just as American troops established their headquarters in the Ratzinger household. As a

German soldier, he was put in a POW camp but was released a few months later at the end of the war

in the summer of 1945. He reentered the seminary, along with his brother Georg, in November of that

year."

What the above leaves out is that the Catholic Church gave sanction to Hitler and his regime when Pope Pius 12th and many cardinals gave the Nazi salute in a public forum during the 3rd Reich. Some photos of those days exist, but are tightly controlled. One group that did publicize them in their Awake magazine, were the Jehovah's Witnesses, who were persecuted by the Nazis and sent to Buchenwald to be tortured. In addition, some sources indicate that Ratzinger belonged to a Panzer corp. Instead of a anti-aircraft gunner protecting a BMW factory. As a youth, while at war's end Pius 12th collaborated in smuggling out more that a thousand Nazi war criminals in Operation Paperclip run by the CIA and the Pentagon via the so called “Rat line” to the US, Canada and S. America. Among these are the likes of Werner Van Braun of V1, V2 and Saturn 5 fame who ran Peenemunde and Mittlewerk under Nazi rule and Dr. Mengela; the butcher of Lyon. Both Popes belonged to a group that was formerly the Holy Inquisition. This history is fraught with controversy with both sides generating voluminous amounts of baffling alternative histories. The real truth lies buried in the vaults of the Vatican, the Pentagon and CIA.

The history of the Catholic persecutions is well known, so it is little stretch of the imagination that they would again target certain minorities for eugenics and genocide.

"Christopher Hitchens and Richard Dawkins have called for the prosecution of Benedict XVI, and the

human rights lawyer Geoffrey Robertson, in an exercise of creativity, suggested that the abuse

cases could be considered crimes against humanity and tried by the international criminal court

(ICC). The Hague-based court has that far started investigations only into a few selected

situations: most prominently the bloody conflict in northern Uganda, the atrocities in the

Democratic Republic of Congo and the massacres in Sudan. It is an intriguing thought that the

Vatican might be next on the list, and that the pope's next Easter mass will be broadcast from a

prison cell. Only: It won't happen. Robertson probably knows that.

True enough, the ICC can prosecute sexual slavery as a crime against humanity as well as rape and

other sexual offences. But not every sexual offence falls automatically in that category. Something

else needs to be in place: sexual offences only become crimes against humanity if they are done in

"the "context of a widespread or systematic attack directed against a civilian population". That in

itself is difficult to prove.... And there is more: the attack must be based on a "State or organizational policy". With all the horrors that abusive priests have inflicted on children in their care, it would still be a stretch of the reality to speak of a papal plan to carry out the abuse.

Outside the ICC, it is even more difficult to drag the pope into a courtroom. In national courts,

Benedict XVI enjoys the highest form of immunity that international law gives to individuals: the

immunity of a Head of State. Papal critics see that differently: they are not convinced that the

Vatican really qualifies as a State.

In international law, reference is usually made to four elements which "make" a State: a defined

territory, an effective government, a permanent population and the capacity to enter into

international relations. The Vatican has all four, but in rather eccentric forms. Its territory is

well defined, but tiny (it is the smallest State on the planet). It has a government well

structured and effective, but not exactly democratic (it is an absolute monarchy). Vatican City is

permanently populated, and there is such a thing as Vatican citizenship: but it is a small

population, and quaintly composed (mainly clergy and the Swiss Guard). It certainly has the

capacity to enter into relations with other States. In fact, it has done so frequently, and that is

a crucial point: the Holy See (representing the Vatican) has relations with more than 170 States.

Wherever papal diplomats are received, they enjoy immunity from criminal law, just like diplomats

from any other State. The Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, to which almost all States are

party, expressly refers to papal representatives (nuncios and internuncios). It would be absurd if

the representatives of the pope had immunity, but not the pope himself.

In international law, a sense of the realities not an altogether bad idea. That the church has let

its members down, is beyond question. That those who actually carried out the crimes, must face

justice, is likewise clear. But utopian dreams about the pope in an iron cage help no one least

of all the victims of abuse."

It is clear from the foregoing that the topmost hierarchy of the Catholic church is immune from the law and that criminal prosecution will be denied. Meanwhile, those of us on the bottom of society will be judged and executed on the streets without recourse to even a hearing by thugs who are misdirected by the Pope's redirect of accusations. This in itself is a crime of even greater proportions, but it is OK, especially with the likes of “God Hates Fags” and “God Hates America” types.

"Vatican comment on paedophiles draws gay groups' anger

Gay rights activists have criticized a Vatican official who sought to link homosexuality to

paedophilia when commenting on child sex abuse scandals.

The UK's Stonewall group said it was astonishing gay people should still be dealing with "such an

offensive myth".

Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone had said homosexuality, not celibacy, lay behind the child sex abuse

scandals.

The cardinal, the Vatican's foreign minister (Pope Benedict XVI's representative), was speaking in Chile, where his comments were also condemned.

Cardinal Bertone was attempting to defuse the scandals currently afflicting the Catholic Church,

which are largely cases of priests molesting children, mainly boys, the BBC's David Willey reports

from Rome.

He added that some "surprising" initiatives regarding the sex abuse scandal would soon be revealed

but did not elaborate.

'I have the documents!'

Visiting the Chilean capital Santiago on Monday, Cardinal Bertone told a news conference: "Many

psychologists, many psychiatrists have demonstrated that there is no relationship between celibacy

and paedophilia but many others have demonstrated, I was told recently, that there is a relationship between homosexuality and paedophilia.

"That is true. I have the documents of the psychologists. That is the problem."

Patricio Walker, a Chilean senator who helped draft anti-paedophile laws, said he would like to see

what scientific studies the cardinal was referring to because he thought he was wrong.

A Chilean communist MP, Hugo Gutierrez, told AFP news agency: "Celibacy does more damage to a human being than homosexuality, which is a freely made choice.

"I'm shocked by these words from a senior dignitary of the Church."

In Rome, the head of Italian gay rights group Gaylib, Enrico Oliari, said it was "worrying that the

foreign minister of a state that occupies the heart of the Italian capital would use arguments that

are considered passe even in the Third World".

Aurelio Mancuso, former president of a Italian gay rights association Arcigay, said: "The truth is

that Bertone is clumsily trying to shift attention to homosexuality and away from the focus on new

crimes against children that emerge every day."

The Pope's spokesman has indicated that Benedict may have a discreet private meeting with victims

of clerical sexual abuse in Malta during his visit there this coming weekend.

The Pope should not feel he is under the pressure of the glare of the media if such a meeting takes

place, Fr Federico Lombardi said, so that he can listen and communicate with them.

In Malta, 10 men have taken three Catholic priests to court for alleged child abuse in their youth

and have asked to meet the Pope. There has been a high incidence of reported cases on the small

Mediterranean island, whose inhabitants are mainly Catholic, our Rome correspondent notes."

It is far from OK with us who now have to pay for the crimes of someone else who the Pope is protecting. It's as if the Pope has some secret link and is protecting himself as he is next in line if put under scrutiny. So instead of anything beyond a weak apology, he comes out foursquare against gay people, stating that they naturally evolve into paederasts and thus sets them up for persecution, torture and murder. Pope Ratzinger has in past already come out vehemently against gay people, so gays have no counsel or sanctuary from the Catholic church. Once again they are left to their own defence in a world where almost all the major religions can agree on one thing; to torture and kill gay people. Otherwise, they war against one another. Recall the fate of the First Nations, some of whom were driven into genocidal oblivion by agents of the Catholic Church in the “New World” under the Spanish conquistadors and the French.

All have forgotten “God is Love” and “Judge not lest ye be judged”. As revolutionaries, dialectical materialists and secular humanists we vehemently condemn all the actions of Pope Ratzinger and the entire Catholic Church and work to place the entire corrupt and lying regime into the dustbin of history. Today, the Catholic Church serves as point duty for their capitalist captains who plunder the world for wealth while putting the people in the way to genocide. The Catholic Church serves to make people obedient to obsessively greed driven tyrants and genocidal maniacs. Only a world wide proletarian revolution will sweep such atrocity mongers into oblivion, which is precisely where it belongs.
