2010 Olympic Hoop Jumping for the poor

A collage from several works combined with a foreshortened Olympic ring symbol turned into hoops through which the poor run a hurdle of bureaucracy to get to survive. There are no gold, silver or bronze medals for this event; just a bronx jeer.
